SIMON error

I am working on a steel girder design using SIMON. I have a girder that works, however SIMON will not complete the analysis of the stiffeners and bearings. The program says starting stiffener design, then says

"Bad Utype: Abnormal program termination: Device not available."

Does anyone know what causes this error, or how to fix it?

I would not hesitate to contact AISC on this matter, they are exceptionally responsive with their products.

Our contact there is on vacation for this week apparently, so I was hoping someone else may have met this problem before.

I believe the problem has something to do with having a hinge in the girder, since it runs fine if i remove the hinge.
