I'm looking for a good adhesive for binding s.steel to silicone rubber for medical uses.

Hi.
Applied silicon/Rhodia has a very good silicon adhesive (no. 40076) you should chack. when cured in a working steam autovlave it bonds strongly to S.steal, and it is certified for medical implant grade.
