Dear All,
I'm working on the design of a sealed box to encapsulate some electronics, my plan is to use silicone in the perimeter to seal the lid. I wonder if the geometry of the edge of the box have influence in the adherance of the silicone, this will be a die cast part, or if I should only focus in how clean the surface is mantained. Please if any of you could give me a hint where to do some good reading or can share his/her experience it would be very appreciated. Thanks
PS. This is my first thread ever! Please excuse me if I jumped too soon into the subject.
