Siemens S5 accessories

I have some Siemens Simatic S5 95Us and 100Us to look after, but have no accessories at all. Any suggestions as to what I need? I am thinking I probably need a lead and a piece of hardware, or possibly a lead, laptop and software. I think it would be a good idea to back up the programs they are running.
