Side Channel Blower Design

I have an application requiring 120 l/m (4.25 ft3/min) at 10 kpa (1.5 psi) and I need to power it from 12v DC, 10A max. The project is in prototype stage and I will probably make a unit to test the idea. Whilst I know how side channel blowers work, I have no idea how to size the components. Can anyone assist or point me in the direct of a commercially available unit, I live in Australia.
