Showing dimensions in note and drawing view simultaneously

When placing a dimension in a note, the dimension disappears from the drawing view (unless it is an angular dimension). Use this technique to keep the dimension from disappearing in the drawing view when placing it also in the note.

Create TWO notes with the dimension &d then delete the first one.
