Hello every partbody:

¿When we ant to unfold a sheet metal part, which has different bend walls, can we unfold some of them and keep the others bended?

Instead of Fold/Unfold, use the Unfolding... command. It allows you to specify a referance surface and then pick individual bends to unfold.
