Sheet metal help

How can I change a helix to a sheet metal part?
The item O/D is 384mm,the I/D is 284. made from 10MM thick plate, with a single revolution 250mm pitch helix.
We would like to show the profile on a flat plate.
Is this possible in solidworks?

I do not know of a way to xfer a helix to SM. Try making the sheetmetal part, then use the bend/twist command.
