sheet metal angled edge through flange

ok, its alot easier to just post the parts then trying to explan what im doing. the angled cut needs to sit flat on another piece of sheet metal at a 90 deg angle (on the faces) ive done it once before with some really interesting angles, but i cant get it to work again, so ill post the successful part too.

I would suggest calculating out the cut on the angle and using the Unfold then make the cut then the Fold command to refold the bends. Normal cuts through a bend usually renders the bends unflattenable.
 
For angle through bends I do the following:
1. Make the part long, extending beyond the cut
2. Make a cut on each flange, cutting away material almost up to the bend
3. Unbend
4. Cut a nice neat transition through the bend
5. Bend back

As NomLaser said, normal cuts can yield ugly results.
