1. Can anyone give me the general formulas for apportioning shears to 4 walls- one on each side ( of differing length)in multistorey building under wind.

2. Once the shears have been determined is it accurate enough to consider them to be vetical cantilevers and design manually if the span to depth for the cantilever satisfy beam theory assumptions?

3. What is the procedure to apportion shears if one or more of the shear walls are not in the same vertical plane at certain levels?

4. What are the formulas if a lift shaft core is also taken into account.

 
Engage the services of a consulting structural engineer. Your asking about a couple or more years of structural engineering education.
 
I agree completely with oldrunner. You need whole books, not the internet or a forum.
