Is there some way how to transfer the shear at offset walls as I show on attached pdf?
1) How to transfer the shear force from shearwall #1 to shearwall #2?
2) I need only shearwall at 1st floor, could i put the steel strongwall only up to the middle of high studs to align the top of the strongwall with 2nd floor diaphragm so the cutted studs will sit on top of the strongwall?
