Concrete slab 10FT X 5FT , with Hole at center, 3 ftx2ft. supported around the four outer edges, it is a temp cover for drain grate during conctruction.
Modelded with live load( wheel, lane) and dead load, when it comes to shear check, should I use ACI two way slab code, AASHTO Bridge deck( no requirement if satifsy certain conditions), or AASHTO Footing/Slab requirement( 5.13.XX)?

Thanks for your hint!

Use AASHTO LRFD 5th Edition 5.13.3.6.3 Two Way Action and model on Finite Element Program using Elements. Check SQX and SQY at d/2 from support edges. Compare these stresses to .126*sqrt f'c.

Design it as a simply supported beam in each direction.
