i'd like to know how is the way to test about T beam's shear. i'll stop the concrete mixing on the web, and then i'll continue on the 3'th day. before, i'll give addibond on it. then we'll test the shear and the moment. please give an explanation.

The usual 2 symmetrical loads exerted by some rigid frame pushed down by a pressure piston may be enough.
You will put your attention in the segments load to support.
You may put the loads close or far form the support depending upon you want investigate strut and tie shear or in-member shear.
In any case you have so 2 sides where to measure and 4 faces of web where to photograph per tested beam.

Respect what your concreting operation means to the test, that is one thing you'll have to consider.
