Hi, guys! I've just started using SHAKE for calculation of wave propagation in soils. I have two questions about the syntax of the code, because I use the Fortran version and not the new SHAKE2000 (with GUI). I have the source code and it is possible, but not preferrable to make changes and improvements.
1. The default units in the code are imperial - ft, kcf etc. For me is better to use metric units, because I've already have the input soil deposits. May I put in the data in metric units, or I need to make some modifications?
2. When calculating the strains/stresses in the soil deposit, how can I put in an error limit, so the code makes only the necessary iterations and not more?
And one question that is connected to the previous - is anybody working with EERA/NERA for calculation of wave propagation?
Thank you in advance, and have a nice weekend! :-)
