Does anyone know how to reverse the rotation on a 115v AC sewing machine motor?

Hi,

This is just a guess on my part. Others here will know 4-sure.

Sometimes there is a way to adjust where the brushes sit on the commutator. I believe you can change the direction by slightly moving the timing set by the brush location.

Not only adjust - move 180 el degrees. That is easiest achieved by switching polarity of armature or field. Just switch wires going to either.
