Set-up multi-task CTX

I am having dificulties in settinn up a CTX Beta 1250 TC in NX8.5.

I have used other multi-task and they seem to work.
This one is a dual spindle; B-axis head multi-task.

The problem is that when I try to sync the toolpath I get the following error mesage:"Failed to initialize synchronization manager. Initialization error." And that is it.
I know that there could be a lot of possibilities but has anyone ever encounterd this situation ? And if so, could you please give me some advice ?
