set the default icon of .CATSettings files

Hello,
On: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DassaultSystemes\CATSettings
somebody has open a .CATSettings file with Notepad and accidentaly set it as default program.
The .CATSettings files have now the wrong icon because of it. How to set the correct icon for .CATSettings files?
Default the .CATSettings files dont have default program...
