server error: Cannot retrieve family ta

Has anyone encountered this error in PDMLink? I think it's bogus message for either I reached the WS (workspace) limit or a corrupted WS.


Can someone enlighten me on this as how to go about recovering the files. Your direction or guidelines are appreciated. Note files are not yet checked in but updated.
