I'm looking for a good Semiconductor reference, and lookup site. (Like ECG, or something similar)

If anyone has some helpful sites and /or where to get a quick reference for semiconductors, thx in advance.

What is "ECG"? What reference data in particular about semiconductors are you looking for? Fab/technology info? Part number info?
