SELECTION CRITERIA FOR A FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS?

hi,

I would like to know if it exist criteria to select lines to be calculated (flexibility analysis). Does the PED require calculation notes on cathegory III?. It's not clear for me.

The information there is still valid except that EN23480 is no longer presliminary.
