Hello,

Where can I find Maximum Considered Earthquake ground Motion Maps (MCE maps) and a set of ground motion maps based on a 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years (10%/50 yr maps) for geographical regions within the United States? Are there any programs suitable to generate response/force spectrums to use for pipe stress analysis for different soils conditions, locations, etc? What seismic criteria are typically used for piping design? I have used static analysis in the past. Now, I would like to look at modal analysis with force spectrum. Any comments regarding pros & cons for the different methods of seismic analysis would be appreciated. Any recommended reading that discusses seismic analysis/loading for piping systems would be helpful as well.

Thanks for any help or opinions that you can provide.
