Section views on my drawing showing up as entire part

I have gone through this before but it was such a long time ago that i forgot how I fixed it!

Basically I opened a drawing and some of the section views are not sectioned. They show up as the entire part profile. All dimensions are still attached and defined though.

SW2008 Office Pro SP4.0
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
2.2GHz, 2.00GB RAM
QuadroFX 3700
SpacePilot

What fixes have you tried so far?
Have you tried editing the section line?
Ctrl+Q?

Is the section made at the drawing level or is it a config of the model with an assy cut?
