Yes, there are basically two functions which will do this for you.
The first can be found at...
Analysis -> Advanced Mass Properties -> Area Using Curves...
...where you will be asked to either select the loop of curves of the profile or the face representing the profile of the section that you're looking for the Section Modulus of. Once computed you can ask for a complete list of all 'Section' data which will include the Section Modulus along with a lot of other useful data including an option to create a Point at the section centroid as well as a CSYS showing the principle axis of the section.
The second function, with an albeit more modern user interface and which will create a PMI note which can help document the results of this computation, but which only works with curves (if you're working with a solid profile there is an option built into the function which will allow you to define/create a section profile of curves without having to leave the dialog and start over) and is located at...
Analysis -> Section Inertia...
Note that first suggestion above does provide more information about more aspects of the profile, but they will both include the principle Section Moduli. Also note that neither function will create an associative output, that is if any changes are made to your section, you'll need to rerun these tools to get new results.
Anyway, given them a try and let us know is this covered what you were looking for.
