SECTION DESIGNER/BUILDER

Can anyone recommend good section designer/builder software? To date I have not come across a software Analysis/Design package which can calculate all required properties, especially torsional properties (i.e Warping Constant Cw), of a custom section. The Section Design software will need FEA capabilities as there is no single general method available in calculating Cw of an irregular custom shape.

Sigma-X Section and Prosec also claim to offer this capability. I can't vouch for either but both are reasoably priced and offer free trials, so would be interested to hear from anyone that tries them.
