seawater treatment

Hello, everyone! Would you please give me some advise for seawater treatment? Thanks a lot!

Specifications:
1)the object of treatment: seawater
2)the characteristics of seawater:
a.high suspension solid content from 20~1200mg/l:the solid content in winter is above 1000mg/l, and in summer below 50mg/l
b.small particle size:
particle size/¦Ìm: 1-2 2-3 3-4 4-7 7-10 >10
particle distribution/% 80.3 6.37 4.48 7.42 0.79 0.34
3).requirement of treatment
a.chemicals such as flocculants can not be used.
b.dimensions of treatment equipments are below 1.8m¡Á1.5m¡Á1.5m
c.after treatment:
solid content:<5mg/L
particle size:<4¦Ìm
