Search a component in workspace

Is there any option or search facility to locate a part in the workspace while using Intralink. My workspace contains 500 to 600 parts. Its pretty difficult to scroll by NAME/PART NUMBER. Is there any option for quick locate in workspace ?

The quickest option is so called Table Filter. By entering various "search strings" into appropriate column, you could filter out all of the redundant table entries.

Of course this option is usable only if youfrequently need to filter/search same type/name/whatever of the objects in WS.
