Looking for a paper that was published in the Journal of the AeroSpace Sciences, June 1960 titled "A Study of Spray Generated by Seaplane Hulls". The author was Shizuo Kikuhara.

This request is in support of a amateur buit twin engine seaplane that is nearly ready for its first flight. The spray supression ideas described in the above report were incorporated in this amphibian, but have recently been discredited by a respected marine designer.

Thanks IRstuff.

AIAA hasn't been of any help though they do have later papers by the same author. I've E-mailed Shin Meiwa Industries for whom the author did the research but I'm still bating zero
