Hello all,

I am looking for a replacement material to use for cavity blocking in injection molding. I currently use a metal product similar to dental amalgum. I have been looking at master bond and devcon but have not found anything. The new material would have to thick enough not to run and have a quick cure. because of the pressure in the process the material does not have to create a strong bond with the steel. The material must be removed after the run. The current materials is removed by tapping it out with small brass pins, so as not to damage the tool. The new material could be removed this way or burned out.

A cyano such as super glue works for this application but i am looking for somthing with increased durability.
