Seal failures in Hydromatic submersible pumps

Less than 3 years ago, we purchased 10 Hydromatic submersible pumps for a wastewater treatment facility ranging from 3 to 60 Hp. Every one of the seals have failed. Some more than once. Does anyone know of any other problems?
