SD card for SAIA PDC3.R600 module?

Hi there. I have a standard SD 1GB, Sandisk, card which works in the PLC, however, i bought some 2GB SD cards, formatted to FAT16, shrinked the partition to 1GB, and are not recognized by the PLC.

Is something i'm missing?
