Scale Output (SWX to DWG) 1

I have a drawing that has been scaled 1:2 to fit an e size format. When I export it to DWG I want it to be full model scale. I have selected the 1:1 scale out put in the options but still is not full. Any suggestions?

What Service Pack are you running? This was a fix in SW06 SP4.0.
