Significant quantity of steel scaffolding collapsed Friday 10/16/15 at a 7 level apartment building under construction in Houston, near Minute Maid Park.
Interesting. Scaffolding is generally not designed to isolate portions of the scaffolding if one sections fails. I can't find anything in OSHA on this.
