same version, different datecode

I have downloaded some latest files on mechanism design (MDX) from proecentral.com but it does not open on my system. I have Pro Engineer 2001, datecode 2001150 while these files I think are of later datecodes.

Would someone please help me in this connection.

If you do not have a more recent datecode, you will not be able to open the mechanism portion of certain files because updates were made to the mechanism module.
