Hi,I need to check some measurements with ultrasound, the material is SAE 4334, could anyone tell me where can I found the propagation velocity??

Calibrate peak-to-peak, on a known thickness part with parallel sides. This will give you the velocity of your cal material.

Thanks, but i'm looking a theoretical velocity of this material, do you have some source where can i look?

The handbook value for longitudinal wave velocity in steel is 5.9 km/sec and 3.2 km/sec shear wave.
