Are these bolts impact test exempt per UHA-51(d)(1)(a) to -320 deg F? I assume the bolts are thermally treated above 1650 deg F per UHA-51(c)(1) even though the material specification does not give a solution anneal temperature. I have asked for our bolt supplier to provide more information since I do not see a solution anneal temperature on any of the MTR's we have been provided.
