s/o with Guide MobIR M8 out there? Battery-problem!

Hello,
I have a difficult problem getting new batteries for our thermal camera Guide MobIR M8 and hope to get help here in the forums.
The battery of our device is meanwhile very weak. It is a NARADA NLB 925068 POLIMER LI-ION 72Х52Х10 ММ 3500MAH 3.7 V.
The manual only says "Li-ion Camcorder battery, field-replaceable". I can not find such a battery anywhere. Both the manufacturer of the device (Guide) and the battery (NARADA) respond to my emails. Both have no reference to their products MobIr M8 and Narada NLB 925068) on their website.
This is the worst support you can imagine in a professional environment!
Can someone please help me to find a replacement for the Narada battery? Which types of battery are in your M8s ? How did you manage to replace batteries ?

I realize you are not in the US, but here there are battery suppliers who can rebuild your battery pack to original specifications. One company that I know of, Batteries Plus, can rebuild most any battery pack. Perhaps there's something similar in your country.
