I have been tasked to design the electrical system for a small RV park. I'm planning on using RV pedestals that are 240/120VAC, 125A with 50A 2-pole, 30A 1-pole, 20A 1-pole breakers and receptacles on the pedestal. My question is can I feed (loop feed) six of these pedestals from one 200A breaker even though the pedestal is rated for 125A?

9600VA x 6 =57.6KVA
57.6KVA X .6 = 34.6KVA
34.6KVA/240V = 144AMPS

Pedestal have loop feed lugs on bottom for up to 350 kcmill.

You'll want to get familiar with Article 551 in the NEC and then talk with the folks who provide these pedestals.

 
I understand Article 551. I'm just a little confused about the tap rule. Once my 3/0 cable leave the 200A bkr and lands in the first 125A pedestal lugs, then the 3/0 leaves the pedestal (via lugs) for the next pedestal and so on. (see attached) Once the 3/0 leaves the first 125A Pedestal does this make it a tap? The Mfg. told me I could do this, but I'm not clear with the code.
