Have heard from several sources, that new materials have to replace EPDM for milk fat lines in production.
The problem should be contamination.
Does anyone know more in detail what materials that could replace (a problem is also sterilisation at 141 degrees C).
Does anyone have links to people that know what the problems are - and that can solve the problems.

Look to use a Viton compound that can be certed to FDA CFR Title 21, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Part 177, Subpart C, Paragraph 2600 - Class I.
