Rubber Tension Bumper Breaking

I have a problem with a piece of machinery that is used as a shaken platform that is connected with rubber bushings for suspension and vibration dampening that keep breaking under the stress load usually with in six months. I would like to see possible solutions to this breaking problem. Please see attached file for pictures of the bushings and breaking point.
