Rubber blooming problem, please help !!!!

Hi all.

At the moment i am having blooming problems with my finished rubber products, can you guys give advises regarding the formulas and if there is any ingredients in it that causing the bloom ? Also, what solvent can i use to clean these mats, will the bloom come back again ?

RSS4= 90 phr
KNB35L= 10 phr

zinc oxide= 5 phr
Stearic acid= 1 phr
Vulkanox SP= 1 phr

Uvasorb (microcrystalline wax)= 2 phr
M 8130 Red pigment= 5 phr

Calcium carbonate= 155 phr
China clay = 125 phr
Rubber powder = 62 phr
Parrafinic oil = 15 phr

Suplhur = 1.3 phr
TBBS = 1 phr
IBTD = 0.3 phr
TMTD = 0.1 phr

Your wax can only be active at the surface of the product. It is meant to bloom.

After removal, it will come back again. (some kind of diminishing return) You could try some rubbing alcohol to remove the wax.
 
Change your plasticizer and make sure that the sulphur will be well dispersed - add it on the beggining of the process.
In my opinion the rubber powder increase the sulphur content and this is causing the blooming
