Hi guys,
When doing a RSA and defining the response spectrum functions, 2 options are available :
1-define a function in the X (or Y) direction where we can combine in the same function 100% of X(or Y) + 30% of Y(or X).
2-define each function alone and then create a load combination containing 100% of the function in X (or Y) direction + 30% of the perpendicular direction ?
which option do u generally use ?
