Hi

Ijust started using pro/engineer wildfire 3.0. I've drawn a simple engine, with a crankshaft, piston and piston rod. I've made the assembly and would like to add a servo motor, making the crankshaft rotate around it's own datum axis. How do I add this servo motor?

Help is much appreciated:)

Update:

One problem solved, I reassembled the whole thing, aligning the center of the crankshaft with a new datum axis... My problem now is that I need the piston to only move up and down.. anyone?

Got it running now.. Aligned an axis through the piston with another datum axis through the crankshaft

I found it easier if I have another part, perhaps an engine blockwith a hole in itfor the piston cylinder and smaller holes for the crank. Then connect the crank to the block, the piston to the cylinder and the connecting rod to the crank and the piston.
