ROTATE MONITOR 90 DEGREES 1

Hi,
We recently purchased a compact industrial computer with 17'flat screen monitor and touch screen. It would suit us better if we could setup the monitor in portrait orientation (i.e. rotate the monitor through 90 degrees). all interaction will be via touch screen. Keyboard & mouse are not required.

Is it possible to configure a computer to display at 90 degrees to the norm?
