Rotate around pivot point using gravity

I can make this rotate around where the red arrow points but the 4 trays shown stay fixed in the same direction how can i go about adding gravity to them so they always stay in one direction when the x-beam is rotating? and does this get done on the part, first assembly or final assembly?
