rotary swith,leadwell manual

Can anyone tell me where to get a manual and electrical diagram for a Leadwell ltc-15 turning center. Controller is fanuc ot. The component with a problem is the rotary switch on the turret shaft. Tool position 8 does not happen. I suspect one pair of wires is disconnected. I can not read the mfg on the switch. It is type HS-04008FAP2. SN 04348 24VAC.
