How to determine the minimum roller load/pressure if the roller's function is to guide and straighten a coil wire into a hollow pipe? What consideration should I take into account? From the figures below, the gear will rotate and causes the roller to rotate, while the spring can be adjusted to either increase or decrease the load.

I don't get involved with this type of equipment but if I were in you, I would contact the equipment manufacturer and also read the accompanying manuals associated with that machine.

Considering force, you need to exceed the material's yield. Considering displacement, you need to exceed the angle at which the material is "straight" to a some degree which will vary by material, even within the same batch.
