Roller bearing maximum speed?

I'm looking for published maximum speeds for bearings. I'm planning on using a sealed 22mm OD ball bearing where the inside race will turn 6000rpm in one direction and the outside will turn 6000rpm in the opposite direction. This translates to about 44 feet/second of surface speed. The loads are negligable. To anyone with experience with bearings, does this sound feasible or am I crazy?

A good rule of thumb (published in the PIC design catalog) with this is N (maximum RPM) = 400,000 / dm (mean dia of bearing in mm). This applies to single row ball bearings. By these values, you should be good for 18K RPM of relative motion. With light loads, good bearings, and reasonable heat conditions you should be in good shape.

This bearing application may very well require consultation with bearing manufacturers.SKF/FAG
or any other supplier will have the Eng,support to
help with your problem.It doesn't seem to fall on the
routine category of a bearing application. GusD

Better would be to consult a bearing agent . Because almost all of the bearings we come across are the ones where any one of the race are fixed.I think u may require a different type of lubrication.
