I'm wondering how to make an intersection between two roads with an angle of 35 degrees ?

Get a copy of Geometric Design of Roadways from the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) or similar from other organizations.

As is common in questions on these forums, there is too little information to give an adequate response. There are often many variables that play into a scenario.

That being said: one should try to alter the intersection to try to achieve something closer to 90 degrees.

I think Terry's method is more desirable. Otherwise, the driver's sighting could be impaired by the flat angle of intersection.

It's a pretty common thing, particularly in cities that have had unplanned development, like San Francisco

Yeah. Gotta love Market Street.

When I have to drive in San Francisco, which isn't too often these days, I do my best to avoid Market Street and Columbus Avenue.
