Hello I work at The Environment Agency in the UK.<br><br>I am looking for recent developments/papers in risk assessment in order to estimate contingency allowances on civil engineering schemes.<br><br>We currently use the Monte Carlo method, which is in my opinion too complex.<br><br>Does anyone have any information/experience that they'd like to share ?<br><br>Thanks<br>Kieran Morris
