Does RISA check single angle compression memebers as if they were loaded concentrically only?

IS there a parameter input to let the software know that the angle is being loaded eccentrically?...i.e., connected on one leg only.

RISA assumes that all members (single angles included) are loaded through both their centroid and their shear center...regardless of whether these actually coincide. That means that directly applied member loads will not induce any moments or torques in the member.

The program does have a feature where the user can specify whether the stiffness and capacity of the single angle is based on geometric axis or principal axis bending.
